What is Audience Profiling
Audience profiling is the process of defining exactly who your target customer is by unifying and analyzing consumer buying behaviours across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

Why is it Important?
Audience profiling allows for a Project/Business to be fully customised to the needs and likes of its clients which in turn drives sales and business.
My main audience will be young queer people, as during my research. I found that there was a lot of support groups for older queer people in the northeast but not necessarily a lot for younger people.
I hope to appeal to the audience by using experiences that they can relate to in my project and giving quite a raw look into lgbtq+ life in the NE.
I want to include people that have different sexualities, gender identities but also include people outside the student life/ the community. Such as owners of pride societies, LGBT figures that are from the North East, teachers, parents to figure out how they also feel about the community in the Northeast.
